Dealing with the Pandemic Blues?

Times are currently very uncertain which can cause a lot of anxiety, stress and fear. While it is important to remain informed on the current events, it is just as important to take some time to ensure you are doing enough to take care of your mental health. I have created a series of writing exercises that can be used as resources to help you mentally process your emotions during these very confusing times.

Write it and Leave it.

This writing prompt is similar to a journal entry. You are given instructions to reflect on your day, write how you felt, why you felt that way, if you vocally expressed your feelings and if you can possibly implement better ways to process your emotional reactions.

Get started now!

About My Day.

This writing prompt is composed of a series of unfinished sentences. Your task is to read the unfinished sentence and complete it based on how it aligns with you. This will help you break things down in sections to help you reflect on all aspects of the day.

Weekly Pandemic Checklist.

This is a checklist containing essential tasks that you can complete throughout the week. Everything listed above are proven tasks that help people reduce stress and anxiety. Whether you talk with some friends over the phone or drink some tea, these are all harmless, beneficial things that will help you keep your head above water.

Get Involved With Your Social Media

You might of noticed these types of templates circulating around instagram and Vitamins for Breakfast has decided to join in the fun. As a great way to connect with others, spread some positive energy as well as reflect on yourself, feel free to download this prompt and answer the questions!

I encourage you to tag the places and/or people you chose as your answer(s) and don’t forget to challenge someone else to participate in the fun!
