Spirituality can be very liberating, but also very complex and confusing. What was once a process focused on on centering ourselves has now progressively become very layered which can leave people feeling astray. I am here to provide some perspective on the many aspects of spirituality and today I tackle the concept of Soul Ties. 

Soul ties is an idea that believes that two beings are linked together after intercourse and/or bounded to a person’s soul whom you’ve developed a deep connection with. It is believed that if we are stuck in life we must look into cutting toxic soul ties as they may be the source to our stagnate reality. . .
