Thankful to all of you that believe in the Vitamins for Breakfast Movement!
Vitamins for Breakfast is my gift to a society that desperately needs advocates for mental health awareness, personal development and creating community through conversation. This holiday season I want to sincerely thank my supporters across all my platforms for appreciating and believing in my mission. Vitamins for Breakfast is a movement that aims to shed light on important issues to help people feel less alone and more united.
VFB was born during a hard time in my personal life where I felt that I lacked direction, people that understood me and an outlet to feel connected. Through time, therapy and healing, I began to notice that this “hard time” was actually a breakthrough. I was finally shedding a wall that I worked so hard to build to shield the person I feared people wouldn’t accept. What I learned is that this woman I worked so hard to hide is extremely relatable, cares about helping people through their journey, radiates an electric energy rooted in love and knows how to make bring the best out of people. After realizing this, this is how I was able to create my podcast were I interview a bunch of different people that have made an impact either in my life, the lives of others or has a message that will help enlighten others– something I wished I had during my breakthrough. Sometimes we are given lessons that are worth sharing with others, so consider Vitamins for Breakfast your one-stop-shop for all you’ll ever need to help amplify your life. Take some time this holiday to spend it with the people who help bring the best out of you, journal about all the things you’re grateful for and recenter yourself as the year comes to an end. Vitamins for Breakfast season three will be premiering Friday, December 6th! This season features stories of aspiring actors, the struggle to pursuing writing as a career and fashion influencers finding ways to make it in today’s climate. You do not want to miss it! No Dose of Fresh Air This Week?
I will be taking a break this week to recenter myself because it is essential to always take a break (and to practice what you preach!) I will be taking this week to spend it among family and friends in efforts to recharge myself and bring you guys more amazing Vitamins/content!
