Welcome to episode six of my I AM Affirmations series.

Today’s episode is about faith, healing, and love. All of us have obstacles that challenge our strength, courage, and faith. The truth is, life is unfair to all of us and instead of comparing our wounds, we should ask ourselves: why is life unfair at all? To answer this question we must look at the core where faith, love, and healing reside. Life is unfair because we are designed to expand and grow, to turn misfortune into triumph and our fears into love. This episode is providing affirmations that help you stand firm in your power and trust that all is for your benefit.

This project is designed for the everyday person who wants to incorporate practices that will help elevate their frequency! If you are not sure what affirmations are and/or how they work, no worries, at the beginning of every episode I give a quick lesson to help you master the technique. Affirmations are an ancient practice that helps us align with our higher selves, the divine forces, and the universe. My series pays homage to the decades of work put into manifesting this practice will also adding a more diversified and modern touch.
