Developing a Better Attitude Towards the Gym
The gym can be quite intimidating if you are a newbie, overweight and/or self-conscious. Let’s be honest, no one likes to feel out of place or embarrassed in a vulnerable setting, BUT it is important to remember that you’re there to better YOURSELF. On this episode, I highlight all the things that have helped me change my attitude towards the gym, to the point that I now prefer to not miss a day. Trust me, all it takes is some consistency, inspiration and a shift on how you measure your goals. All of this combined will help you build a beneficial experience with the gym as well as your overall health and confidence.
